Joel Ward is one of only four instructors located South of the Chicago area certified by the Appraisal Foundation to teach both the 7-hour Appraisal Foundation USPAP Update as well as the 15-hour USPAP Course. Both courses are taught with state-of-the-art Power Point presentations.
Additional courses are under development based upon your survey inputs. Likewise, course scheduling is pending the tabulation of survey results.
Courses provided are for continuing education purposes only; for already licensed appraisers. They are not valid for appraisal licensure.

This class is simply the very best class I have ever taken concerning the income approach. While sufficiently substantive to engage commercial appraisers, Steve teaches this class at a level which makes sense to us residential appraisers as well.
